Rough Endings can Become New Beginnings

There are many things that we can be do to help the homeless. One small idea  - think about some things that would be of paramount importance to their  survival and give it to someone homeless. Some vital items would be: blankets or sleeping bags,or sleeping mat, soap, shampoo (small bottle), towels and facecloths, gloves, hats, coats, flashlight, lotion, razor, batteries, rain coat, matches or lighter, can foods, can opener, bottle water, toothbrush, tooth paste, socks, underwear, t-shirts, etc. I'm sure there is so much more you could give to help the homeless if you just think about it. These items may not cost us anything at the time because most of these items we have in our homes. When you are looking around the house and you have items that are extra or you haven't used in a while gather them together and share with someone in need.

I always try to imagine –what if that homeless person was me what would I need?  And when you help sosmeone you will benefit not only by feeling glad that you help someone but also,  you can always claim the items as a write off for tax purposes. So why not help the homeless they would really appreciate it.
